Occupation: Student Naval Aviator Years Exercising: 10 years Frequency (how many times a week): 4-5 days a week. Favorite Exercise & food: Running and Thai food. Favorite Motivational Saying: Always remember, you’re smarter than you think, braver than you believe and stronger than you feel. What inspired you to start exercising? I lost a bet and had to join my high school cross country team and then fell in love with running. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? Everything in life is better. Sleep, relationships, school. I just feel better in every way. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? They like to workout and do active things with me. My family loves to bike and hike together. What challenges have you overcome to maintain your fitness? Time management. Find the time outside of school to get in the gym. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Just get after it! It’s hard starting out but everyday gets a little easier.
