Favorite Motivational Saying: Stay humble. What inspired you to start exercising? I started exercising while playing high school sports and continued as I prepared for the USMC. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? It has helped me maintain standards for the military. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? I don’t know if they know about it. What challenges have you overcome to maintain your fitness? Making gym time during the week and also staying with it while on deployment. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Do it for yourself, not for anyone else.
