Physical health and mental activity. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? Generally positive, but could push harder. What challenges have you overcome to maintain your fitness? Multiple sports related injuries and surgeries. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Slow, steady, smart and set goals you can accomplish. Not what your buddies can do. Mitigate weak points, maximize strengths, and execute.
