Occupation: Student Naval Aviator Years Exercising: Eight years Frequency (how many times a week): Four times a week. Favorite Exercise & food: Bar squat and mac & cheese. Favorite motivational saying: “Never take today for granted because you might not get tomorrow.” What inspired you to start exercising? Personal goals, career goals, and general health. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? It has its physical noticeable benefits as well as personal assurance in staying with a goal. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? We enjoy keeping tabs on each other’s fitness goals, even if we are hundreds of miles apart, and motivate each other. What challenges have you overcome to maintain your fitness? Going past the point I feel like quitting. Not being afraid to sweat (believe it or not). What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Be creative with your workout routine, workout with friends and stay motivated.
