Occupation: Air traffic controller Years Exercising: Two Frequency (how many times a week): 6-7 times a week. Favorite Exercise & Food: Deadlift and all foods. Favorite motivational saying: “You can’t train like a horse, and eat like a bird; gotta eat big to get big.” What inspired you to start exercising? As a kid, I was always the small one out of my group of friends. Then I found body building’s four time Mr. Olympia, Jay Cutler, and knew I wanted to lift. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? I can now be dedicated to improve myself to my own standards and no one else’s. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? They support me 100 percent on my diet and fitness goals. Pushing me to bigger lifts and a better physique. What challenges have you overcome to maintain your fitness? Dieting. That is always the hardest when friends and family go out to eat and I have to sacrifice bad foods. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Just because you see no difference doesn’t mean you haven’t progressed. Take time, be patient, and you will succeed.
