Getting fit with ...... Kendall Dang
Occupation: Student Pilot Years Exercising: Since high school. Frequency (how many times a week): 5-6 days a week. Favorite Exercise & Food: Deadlift and Sushi. Favorite motivational saying: “How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.” What inspired you to start exercising? The feeling of being stronger than you used to be is very empowering. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? It gives me energy and confidence knowing I have the power to make myself better every day. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? They think it’s pretty cool that I can do more pull ups than them. What are the challenges you have overcome to maintain your fitness? Working it into your day when you’re traveling, tired or busy, but something each day is better than nothing. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Get a buddy! And don’t give up. A little bit of progress is still progress.
