Getting fit with ......

Occupation: Retired CBP P-3 pilot, current part-time corporate pilot. Years Exercising: 31 years here at the fitness center. Frequency (how many times a week): 4 times a week, if work allows. Favorite Food & Favorite Exercise: Various bench presses and my wife’s homemade chocolate chip cookies. Motivation to exercise: It gets me out of the house. What inspired you to start exercising? Always something I wanted to do. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? It gives me something to do every day. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? They admire that I still do it. What are the challenges you have overcome to maintain your fitness? Not too many since I like to work out. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Start slow and get some coaching.
