What inspired you to start exercising? Becoming a varsity wrestler for my high school.
How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? I feel great and very healthy.
What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? They’re impressed and perhaps a little skeptical of how much time I spend in the gym.
What are the challenges you have overcome to maintain your fitness? Mainly a busy work schedule that lacks consistency.
What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Hit the books and learn for yourself how to become healthy. Don’t trust magazines or “gurus.”
