Occupation: U.S. Marine Corps Years Exercising: More than 14 years Frequency (how many times a week): Morning and evening, 6 times a week Favorite exercise & favorite food: Shoulders. Everything besides seafood. Favorite motivational saying: Focus on the moment. What inspired you to start exercising? Watching my older brother grow in the fitness industry. He is about 10 years older than me, so I saw him play sports and focus on his fitness and diet life style. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? It benefits me with my career in the Marines. I have to stay fit and physically active for the PFT/CFT What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? Very supportive! I want my daughter to grow up seeing her mother being healthy. What are the challenges you have overcome to maintain your fitness? Right now it is prepping for my figure show in January, while raising my 14-month old daughter. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Do not give up and be patient! Trust the progress and the result will show.
