What inspired you to start exercising? I was a smoker for 23 years and decided it was time to quit and be healthier for my family and kids.
How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? It’s changed me physically and mentally. Seeing a positive change in myself really helps to keep me motivated.
What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? They see it as motivation for themselves to be healthier.
What are the challenges you have overcome to maintain your fitness? I hurt myself when I was running. But in the long run, it actually helped because I started weight training after my injury.
What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Trust the process, Don’t quit. Consistence is KEY.
