Bravo Zulu - Capt. Miguel A. Cubano, commanding officer, Naval Health Clinic Corpus Christi, presents the fifth Navy Commendation Medal to HMC Yesenia Minaya, for meritorious service while serving as senior enlisted leader, Hospital Corpsman Clinical Trauma Experience Proof of Concept, Navy Medicine Education, Training and Logistics Command from June 5, 2017, to Feb. 2, 2018. Minaya’s leadership was paramount in the development and implementation of 460 hours of curriculum, metrics and the hospital corpsman professional qualification standards.
