Favorite Motivational Saying: Closed mouths don’t get fed!. What inspired you to start exercising? I wanted to get healthy after college. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? My overall mental health and happiness have been better because of it. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? They support me! My boyfriend and I love finishing our workouts with HIIT circuits. What challenges have you overcome to maintain your fitness? Balancing a busy flight schedule with studying and gym time. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Get a workout partner who is slightly more advanced than you. They can show you proper form and hold you accountable.
