I wanted to be relied upon when others get tired during training events. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? I feel great waking up every day. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? Respectable, but some do say I should cut back a little. What are the challenges you have overcome to maintain your fitness? Finding time every day while also maintaining healthy eating habits. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Form is everything, weight is just the medium.
