Occupation: Student Naval Aviator Years Exercising: 22 years Frequency (how many times a week): Seven days a week. Favorite Exercise & food: Skiing and tacos. Favorite Motivational Saying: Just do it. What inspired you to start exercising? My parents are both talented athletes and have always pushed me to take fitness seriously and keep adventuring. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? Consistency keeps me in line and motivated to hit new goals. Stress increases, while organization and productivity decrease for me when I’m not consistent. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? I have a very athletic family. They inspire me to push myself and motivate me to reach new fitness goals. It also makes it fun to have such a competitive family. What challenges have you overcome to maintain your fitness? Getting over mental challenges that come with endurance goals. Telling myself that I can do it. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? The hardest part is getting started. Get outside and start small. Be sure to set goals.
