My dad How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? I feel more prepared for anything thrown my way, it relieves my stress, and I’ve made lots of new friends. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? They encourage me as part of a healthy lifestyle. What are the challenges you have overcome to maintain your fitness? I have to make and set aside time to get in a good workout What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey?
