Occupation: USMC Administrator Years Exercising: Six years Frequency (how many times a week): six days a week. Favorite Exercise & food: Burpees and steak. Favorite Motivational Saying: Your limitation – It’s only your imagination. What inspired you to start exercising? Having a motivating roommate challenge me to try to get as big and “swole” as he was. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? Being consistent with my fitness has not only improved my physical fitness test in the Marine Corps but now if I miss the gym due to factors out of my control I feel incomplete. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? My family and friends cheer me on with my fitness habits always trying to challenge me on some type of exercise. What challenges have you overcome to maintain your fitness? Always pushing through no matter how tired I am from the day before. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Keep pushing through and don’t get disheartened when you don’t see results immediately. Rome wasn’t built in a day nor will you.
