One of my friends in college wanted to get back in shape, so I tagged along to spot him while he taught me the basics of lifting. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? It has allowed me to not stress about the PRT and allowed me to enjoy food more freely without restricting myself. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? They’re apprehensive due to the intensity of my workouts, but are supportive of my desire to maintain peak athletic condition. What challenges have you overcome to maintain your fitness? Injury. It’s inevitable to get injued when training like an athlete, so recognizing injury at its earliest stages becomes a necessity. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Be inquisitive and do research. The internet has made it easier than ever to learn proper technique for executing and perfecting lifts, so take advantage of it.
