Phil Brock, commanding officer, NASCC, for his service as alternate electronic key manager at Strategic Communications Wing One from March 2014 through December 2017. Perkins successfully transitioned 9,600 items to key management infrastructure for the Navy’s largest operational account while maintaining operational readiness of Task Force One Two Four Nuclear Command, Control and Communications mission.
