Occupation: Pilot Years Exercising: 20 Frequency (how many times a week): 4-5 days a week. Favorite Exercise & Food: Yoga and tiramisu. Favorite motivational saying: “The pain you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow.” What inspired you to start exercising? Staying fit and healthy has always been a part of my life. Grew up play sports such as softball and doing dance and gymnastics. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? It has helped me keep a balanced lifestyle in all aspects including exercising, food, and my social life. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? They are very supportive. What challenges have you overcome to maintain your fitness? I always try to mix up my workouts so they do not become monotonous, such as trying a new class or new workout app. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Set realistic and achievable goals. Track your workouts so you can see all the progress you are making.
