What inspired you to start exercising? Sports, then girls, now just to stay in shape.
How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you?
It gives me a routine and discipline.
What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? My dad still thinks he’s stronger, my mom is impressed, my younger sister is inspired, and my friends are supportive.
What challenges have you overcome to maintain your fitness? Mainly time.
What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Start with small things you can do, and keep pushing yourself and setting new goals..
