Years Exercising: Since freshman year of college, but I’ve played sports all my life.
Frequency (how many times a week): five times a week.
Favorite Exercise & food: Tie between deadlifting and sprints, and favorite food is all Mexican food.

What inspired you to start exercising? Being in the military and realizing the classmates I looked up to took fitness seriously.
How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? Getting stronger and faster has increased my confidence immensely.
What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? They’re happy that I like something productive and beneficial to my health to counterbalance binge watching HBO shows.
What challenges have you overcome to maintain your fitness? I had to stop looking at going to the gym as a check in the box on my to do list and more of a time of day to clear my mind and strengthen my body.
What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Pay no mind to the guy with a huge neck looking at you. Pick up a 10-pound weight, he had to start somewhere too.
