Favorite motivational saying: Just do it - Nike. What inspired you to start exercising? To stay in shape to perform well in sports like soccer. How has being consistent with your fitness benefited you? Helped me to pass the PRT with an excellent score. What do your family or friends think of your fitness habits? They are happy to see me healthy and well. What are the challenges you have overcome to maintain your fitness? Working long hours and always being tired. What advice would you give someone who is just starting their fitness journey? Never give up and take pre-workout.
